Directions to Bundrick Plastic Surgery Clinic

From Fayetteville, TN on Hwy 231/431

• Go south on 231/431 until you reach Airport Road Exit
• Take the Airport Road exit and turn left onto Airport road
• Go through 3 traffic lights and turn left onto Hospital Drive from Airport Road
• At the stop sign, you will be facing Crestwood Hospital. Take a right onto Whitesport Drive. Take the 3rd drive to the left into the parking lot of 333 Whitesport Drive.
• Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Go to the right down the hallway and we are the last office door on the right.

From New Hope on Highway 431

• Go west on 431 to Governor’s Drive and Memorial Parkway intersection.
• Go South Memorial Parkway (Hwy 231) and go south to the Airport Road exit.
• Take the Airport Road Exit and turn left onto Airport Road.
• Go through 3 traffic lights and turn left onto Hospital Drive from Airport Road.
• At the stop sign, you will be facing Crestwood Hospital. Take a right onto Whitesport Drive. Take the 3rd drive to the left into the parking lot of 333 Whitesport Drive.

From Decatur

• Go East on I-565 to Huntsville.
• From I-565 east, take exit 19A to South Memorial Parkway
• Go south on Memorial Parkway (Hwy 231) to the Airport Road exit.
• Take the Airport Road Exit and turn left onto Airport Road.
• Go through 3 traffic lights and turn left onto Hospital Drive from Airport Road.
• At the stop sign, you will be facing Crestwood Hospital. Take a right onto Whitesport Drive. Take the 3rd drive to the left into the parking lot of 333 Whitesport Drive.

From Arab on Highway 231

• Go North on Highway 231 to Airport road exit.
